Case Study 01Sui - draftSpring 2026

Crocs. Bikinis. Crypto merch creativity at its finest. /or/ Two drops, two events, zero boring merch.

Sui - draft
THE BRIEF
Two drops, two events. 120 bikinis, swim trunks, and bandanas for Sui's Bali event, and 500 Crocs for Token2049. The bikinis had reference; the trunks needed designing from scratch. Sui-coded, but wearable enough that no one felt like a walking logo.
OUR APPROACH
We folded the Sui design into a Mediterranean pattern, distinctly Sui up close, just a good print from across the room. Production was hands-on: sampled materials until the swimwear met our bar, and stayed close through manufacturing. To get around Bali customs and hit the deadline, we flew the swimwear in by suitcase and hand-delivered it to the team.

FINAL PRODUCT
Bikinis, swim trunks, bandanas, and Crocs. The Crocs were gone in 30 minutes. The bikinis? Almost immediately.
Case Study 01Infinex - draftSpring 2026

Infinex needed Token Dubai merch that felt like Dubai, not just another conference giveaway.

Infinex - draft
THE BRIEF
A co-branded drop for Token Dubai 2025: 300 t-shirts, 300 tote bags, 1000 slap bands, 200 scarves, and stickers. Everything had to carry Infinex's identity and their partners', while actually speaking to where it was being handed out.
OUR APPROACH
We came up with the Sand Safari Scarf, a piece built around Infinex's tiger character and Dubai's desert, made to be the one item people kept. Our illustrators carried that thinking across the rest of the collection, weaving Infinex and partner branding into Dubai motifs.

FINAL PRODUCT
Tees, totes, slap bands, stickers, and the Sand Safari Scarf. The monogram designs did the heavy lifting. It's what people posted, what people asked about, and what made the drop feel like more than merch.
